“Five-Star” Contamination Control Certification, is the highest designation awarded by the Caterpillar® company. This Certification is an elite status reserved only for those dealerships that incorporate best practices for contamination control into every level of their business.
Certified System for Award Management "SAM"
The System for Award Management, or SAM, is a U.S. government-wide portal that is consolidating the capabilities of multiple systems and information sources used by the Federal government in conducting the acquisition and financial assistance (which includes grants and cooperative agreements) processes. Phase 1 moved the functionality of the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and Excluded Parties List System, as well as other systems pertinent to acquisition only, to SAM.
